Brighton has turned down the latest offer made by Chelsea for Moises Caicedo, as reported
The London outfit initially offered €60m for the midfielder last month, but was rejected by Brighton who have high expectations on their player.
Despite increasing their bid to €70m, Chelsea has seen their offer again rejected by Brighton who value Caicedo at €100m.

Chelsea and Arsenal have all seen their bids rejected last January, with the latter being frustrated and looking for another alternative. The Gunners have recently concluded a deal worth €105m for Declan Rice.
However, Caicedo has recently disclosed that he can’t say ‘No’ to Chelsea and even praised them and he described them as a ‘ beautiful club’, but that doesn’t change anything with Brighton as they remain insistent.
They’ve sold Mac Allister to premier league rivals Liverpool this summer, and are not ready to lose another player who’s a pivotal part of the squad to another club.
With Caicedo and Mac Allister in the midfield, Brighton has managed a good run of form this season, securing a place in European competition.
Meanwhile, this is a blow for Chelsea who look to rebuild their squad following a disastrous campaign. They lose several of their players to other clubs, with Kovacic joining Manchester City and Kai Haverts joining City rivals Arsenal.
